A&M Bakery Doctors is a full service bakery equipment provider and repair company serving bakeries nationwide.

Alex received his masters in mechanical engineering from Kiev Polytechnic Institute, and has nearly 40 years of experience working as an engineer. For the past 17 years, Alex has focused exclusively on servicing the bakery industry's needs. Having seen firsthand the problems with much of the traditional bakery equipment, Alex designed and manufactured innovative water chillers and water meters.
